THE EUROPEAN ENERGY CERTIFICATE SYSTEM - EECS®

The Chapters

The EECS Rules replaces the old "PRO" over the transition period 1st September 2011 - 31st March 2013, and provides an all-electricity scheme, which may eventually be joined by other energy schemes (gas, heat ...).

The old PRO was supported by "Chapters", each setting out the details of specific schemes, setting out the peculiarities of Renewable Electricity and Cogeneration Guarantees of Origin (GO), Disclosure GOs and RECS Certificates (RECS).
