Guidance Note 1 - Peer Review version 2-1
The EECS Rules addresses the task of verifying that Issuing Bodies operate according to the rules, including:

1) Peer Review of the documents submitted by an applicant
2) Audit of the operations of an existing for compliance with its domain protocol, and with the EECS Rules.

This document gives an overview over the work of Assessment Panels and describes in detail how to conduct a peer review and how to report in a standardised way. It was inspired by the ISO 9001 quality management system and the "Guidelines for quality and/or environmental management systems auditing".
