The Association of Issuing Bodies (AIB) and RECS International bow to the health situation in Europe, and with regret, postpone the OMC to spring 2022, aiming for a physical meeting.
Once a year we jointly organize the Open Markets Committee (OMC) for our members and interested stakeholders.
Originally on 1 December 2021 RECS International and the Association of Issuing Bodies (AIB) planned to hold the Open Markets Committee (OMC) for their members and interested stakeholders.
With regard to the health situation in Europe and new Dutch sanitary measures, it is not feasable to organise a joint meeting including a networking dinner. Because networking and exchange is the main focus, the OMC is postponed to spring 2022, aiming for a physical meeting. We will keep you posted.
This event is organized to bring market parties and Issuing Bodies together to share their insights on the development of major EAC market themes. The sessions at this gathering will highlight topics from both the market and the system/operations side and allow for discussions on possible barriers in these markets and how to overcome them.
Please stay tuned for updates via the AIB and RECS International newsletters, and our websites. Information on new date, registration procedure and venue information will follow.
See here the agenda like agreed for 1 December 2021.
The following fees apply to the OMC, to cover meeting facilities and dinner costs:
- Non-members (non-profit organizations): €150,-
- Non-members (commercial companies): € 350,-
Places are limited and priority will be given to RECS International and AIB members.
