The RES-Directive, the Internal Elecitricity Market Directive and the Energy Efficiency Directive have been recast in the framework of the Clean energy for all Europeans package.

Energy

- REDII - Directive (EU) 2018/2001 of 11 December 2018 on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources
This Directive recasts and repeals previous legislation (Directive 2009/28/EC, Directive (EU) 2015/1513 and Council Directive 2013/18/EU).
Article 19 of the Directive addresses guarantees of origin.

- Internal Electricity Market Directive - Directive (EU) 2019/944 of 5 June 2019 on common rules for the internal market for electricity and amending Directive 2012/27/EU 
The disclosure requirements for electricity suppliers are to be found in Annex I of this Directive.

- Revised Energy Efficiency Directive - Directive (EU) 2018/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2018 amending Directive 2012/27/EU on energy efficiency.
